About the Journal

SainsIndo Journal of Management and Entrepreneurship (JMKSI) is a national scientific journal published by SainsIndo Research. It aims to serve as a medium for publishing research and scientific studies in the fields of management, business, entrepreneurship, innovation, and organizational studies.

JMKSI publishes articles on empirical research, conceptual studies, and case studies that contribute to the development of knowledge, professional practice, and policy in the areas of management, business strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and organizational development.

The journal is open to academics, researchers, practitioners, and students from within and outside the country. It is committed to implementing a rigorous, objective, and transparent peer-review process to ensure the scientific quality of every published article.

Peer Review Process

JMKSI implements a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to maintain objectivity.

Each article will be reviewed by at least two reviewers with competencies appropriate to the article’s scientific field.

Editorial decisions include:

  • Accepted without revision

  • Accepted with minor revisions

  • Accepted with major revisions

  • Rejected

Open Access Policy

JMKSI provides open access to all published article content. This aims to support the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge and increase the visibility and impact of research.

Publication Ethics

JMKSI is committed to upholding the ethics of scientific publication and adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The principles of publication ethics include:

  • Honesty and originality of scientific work

  • Prohibition of plagiarism

  • Transparency of conflicts of interest

  • Fair and objective peer review process

Every manuscript submitted to JMKSI will undergo a plagiarism check using plagiarism detection software. The maximum allowable similarity level is ≤20%, excluding bibliographies and direct quotations.

Copyright and License

The copyright of the article remains with the author.

JMKSI uses the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license, which allows users to share and adapt the work while still attributing the author.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

JMKSI does not charge authors a submission fee.

However, to support the sustainability of journal management, editorial processes, peer review, and online publication, JMKSI charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of:
Rp 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) for non-students
(paid after the article is accepted)


Special prices for students : Rp 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah)
(paid after the article is accepted)


The APC fee covers:
Peer review process
Editorial management
Article layout and publication
DOI and Maintenance of the online journal system

 

JMKSI is committed to implementing a transparent, affordable, and responsible publication fee policy, and supporting the widespread dissemination of knowledge through open access.

JMKSI may provide a publication fee waiver based on certain considerations.
